I’ve spent the better part of the last 5 years working on one or another of these, so I’m super glad I had the right idea. These are some very bad and hard to get rid of habits, each one deserves its own research or therapy sessions, and shedding them is absolutely worth it.
For example:
Giving up your need to always be right.
Give up your need for control.
Get rid of your self-defeating self-talk.
